Quiklee

Quiklee runs quick-commerce fulfillment out of dark stores and mother warehouses, delivering eligible orders in roughly 30 minutes with its own fleet. Their data, though, was scattered across separate inventory systems with no single view of what was happening. We built them a Control Tower that pulls it all into one place, plus a Pincode Checker that shows customers a delivery ETA before they buy.

THE CHALLENGE

Quiklee had the hard part figured out: a real fulfillment network of dark stores and mother warehouses, moving orders in about 30 minutes. What they didn't have was a way to see it. Their operational data was fragmented across separate inventory systems like Unicommerce and EasyEcom, split across different clients and dark stores, with no single source of truth. To check performance or chase down a problem, the team had to stitch the picture together by hand, and nobody could follow a single order across the full fulfillment journey.

Data in separate silo

Operational data lived across multiple inventory systems, Unicommerce, EasyEcom, and more, with nothing tying them together.

No single source of truth

There was no unified view across clients and dark stores, so monitoring performance and spotting issues meant manual stitching.

No order-level visibility

Nobody could follow one order across the whole fulfillment journey. Inventory sat in one system, delivery data in another.

Inventory and last-mile disconnected

Inventory, orders, dark stores, pincodes, brands, and last-mile delivery were never joined into one operational picture.

WHAT WE BUILT

01

Control Tower

A centralized Control Tower that acts as the single source of truth for Quiklee's fulfillment operation. It integrates with inventory systems like Unicommerce and EasyEcom and aggregates data across every client and location, with visibility at the dark store, pincode, brand, client, and order level.

02

Last-Mile Integration

We connected transportation data from systems like Pidge into the Control Tower, joining inventory, order, and last-mile delivery data into one operational view. Quiklee can now follow an order from stock to doorstep in a single place.

03

Pincode Checker

A Pincode Checker that embeds directly into a brand's checkout page. When a customer enters their pincode and picks a SKU that Quiklee fulfills, it checks inventory and fulfillment capability and shows an estimated delivery time before they place the order.

OUTCOME

Quiklee went from operational data scattered across separate systems to one Control Tower that shows the whole fulfillment operation at a glance. Inventory, orders, dark stores, and last-mile delivery now live in a single view, and customers see a real delivery ETA before they check out.

0 → 1

From fragmented data across multiple systems to one Control Tower as the single source of truth.

5 Levels

Full visibility at the dark store, pincode, brand, client, and order level, all from one unified platform.

ETA at Checkout

The Pincode Checker shows customers Quiklee's delivery time before they buy, using live inventory and fulfillment data.

CLOSING LINES

Quiklee already ran a fast, real fulfillment network. What they were missing was a way to see it clearly and prove it to their customers. Now the whole operation sits in one Control Tower, and a shopper knows their delivery ETA before they ever hit "buy."

Before Rapid Rocket, our operations data was scattered across half a dozen systems and nobody had the full picture. They built us a Control Tower that pulls it all into one view, and a Pincode Checker that shows customers a delivery ETA before they buy. We can finally see our whole fulfillment operation, and prove it right at checkout.

"We started with the website revamp and were happy enough with it that we handed them our SEO as well. I approved it as a marketing spend and it has behaved like an investment. Lead volume is up, cost per lead is down, and there have never been surprises on the invoice."
