LIVEHOSPITALITY

Bash

Bash is an event ticket booking system built for New Year's Eve 2026. Guests browse the night's events across Hyderabad, pick their tickets, and check out from either a web app or a Flutter mobile app. We took it from brief to live in 30 days, in time for the one date on the calendar that cannot move.

THE CHALLENGE

Bash knew exactly what it wanted to sell: a night out on New Year's Eve, with the city's events in one place and tickets a few taps away. What it didn't have was the system to sell it, and it didn't have long to get one. The whole platform, web and mobile, had to be live and taking bookings in 30 days. New Year's Eve is not a deadline you can push to next sprint.

A deadline that can't slip

The launch was tied to December 31. 30 days to design, build, and ship a working booking system, with no room to run late.

Web and mobile, together

Guests needed to book from a browser or their phone. That meant a Next.js web app and a Flutter mobile app, both ready for the same launch.

Many events, one catalog

Events were spread across Hyderabad. Guests needed one place to browse the whole night's lineup, not a different link for every venue.

Book and pay without friction

From picking an event to holding a ticket, the flow had to be quick and clear. On New Year's Eve, a clunky checkout is a lost sale.

WHAT WE BUILT

01

Booking Web App

A Next.js web app where guests browse New Year's Eve events across Hyderabad, choose their tickets, and check out. Built to load fast and work on the phones people actually pull out at midnight.

02

Flutter Mobile App

A Flutter app that carries the full booking experience into your pocket. Discover events, pick tickets, and pay, all from mobile, with a single build serving both platforms.

03

Unified Booking Flow

One shared journey from event discovery to a paid ticket, powering both the web and mobile apps. Browse the lineup, select tickets, check out, done.

OUTCOME

Bash went from a brief to a live event ticket booking system in 30 days. When New Year's Eve 2026 came around, the platform was up and taking bookings across Hyderabad, on both web and mobile.

30 Days

From brief to live. The full platform shipped inside the 30-day window, ahead of New Year's Eve.

2 Apps, 1 Launch

A Next.js web app and a Flutter mobile app, both live for the same date.

0 → Live

From nothing to a working booking system taking real tickets for New Year's Eve 2026.

CLOSING LINES

Bash came to us with a fixed date and a short runway. We built the system that turned "we want to sell tickets for New Year's Eve" into a live web and mobile app, in 30 days. Some deadlines you negotiate. This one, you just hit.

We came to Rapid Rocket with a hard deadline and not a lot of time. A full event ticketing platform, live before New Year's Eve. They built it in 30 days. Web app, mobile app, the whole booking flow, done and live exactly when we needed it. They didn't flinch at the timeline, they shipped. If you want a team that treats your deadline like their own, this is the one.

"We started with the website revamp and were happy enough with it that we handed them our SEO as well. I approved it as a marketing spend and it has behaved like an investment. Lead volume is up, cost per lead is down, and there have never been surprises on the invoice."
